Day 1 – Tangier – Fes
arrive tangier ferry port or airport if you prefer as both are just a short hop from spain. greet and transfer to fes. this is a 5-6hrs drive + stops along the route. there is also the option to spend your first night in the unique small town of chefchaouen in the rif mountains , it is well worth a visit if you have the time. overnight in fes or chefchaouen if you have enough days.
Day 2 – Fes City Guide Tour
tour of fes medina to include, time permitting:
medersa quoranic school quaraouiyine mosque, founded by fatima bint al-fihria in c9th
nejjarine fountain and museum bab boujloud, the blue and green gate and mausoleum of moulay idriss II
chouara tanneries and feel as if you have taken a step back in time

Day 3 – Fes to Rabat via Volubilis and Meknes
transfer to rabat with detours to visit Meknes and Volubilis with City/Site guide tours. the highlights of meknes are the bab al mansour gate, moulay ismail mausoleum, the Heri es Souani granaries and the prison that was built to house Christian sailors captured at sea by Moulay Ismail (1672-1727). The highlights of Volubilis are the ancient ruins and mosaics. overnight in rabat.
Day 4 – Rabat to Marrakech
tour of rabat to include, time permitting:
chellah necropolis kings palace and kasbah of oudayas and mausoleum of mohamed V
lunch in rabat and transfer to marrakech. there is the option to detour and visit the hassan II mosque in casablanca. overnight in marrakech.
Day 5 – Marrakech City Guide Tour
tour of marrakech medina to include, time permitting :
souks mellah palace bahia koutoubia minaret and gardens Saadian tombs medersa ben youssef and spices, herbs and oils
museum of amazigh (Berber) costumes and jewellery
overnight in marrakech or take the overnight train back to tangier.
Day 6 – Depart Marrakech
transfer to the airport in marrakech and depart or, as above, catch the overnight train back to tangier.
